Good services were available. The food was brilliant and there were variety of dishes in the menu. Its location was magnificent, right by cafes, galleries and the waterfront, Montréal and really good restaurants.

Spacious suite with 2 separate rooms, each with XXXL-size beds, kitchenette, large wet area
We had originally booked breakfast at a fixed price. That wasn't given to us. Have then renounced the breakfast completely.

The staff at Saint-Sulpice Montreal is professional and well-organized. the hotel offers new-fashioned and stylish rooms with separate bathrooms, a fridge, and a microwave oven. the beds are comfortable. the location in Old Montreal is historic and cozy, right by the center of Old Montreal, the Notre Dame Basilica, and the historic district of Montréal. It was a great way to end our weekend.

The room I had booked wasn't available when I arrived, so the personel upgraded me instantaneously (without any additional fees). The hotel is perfectly well located in the old Montreal (close to one of the international trade centers of the city, and close to very touristic areas with restaurants and shops), but note that it isn't exactly the center of Montreal (for parks, shopping or festivals). The room was great, very large and well disposed, giving all the comfort and luxury expected. The interior court for breakfast and lunches seems very pleasant (despite I didn't try myself the restaurant). The staff is really good (welcoming, handling of the luggage that I left them on my last afternoon, ...). a good hotel, that fits its reputation.
A very good hotel as I said. Few details anyway just for the record : the rooms (at least the one I was given) give the impression of having been used quite a lot already (tired carpets, marks on the sofa, ...). There is a little lack of luminosity despite the large windows (but mainly due to the trees of the interior court, and pretty pleasant finally in my opinion). And it misses just a little bit of additional space in the sleeping room itself (due to the disposition of the room, and not a big problem anyway). A very good hotel finally, that didn't disappoint me.

Stunning and incredible location right by the city square and the river. Very close to the Metro for easy exploration of the rest of the City. 3. Gorgeous room with a large bathroom. 4. Proximity to Rue St-Paul and other tourist attractions adds value to the stay.

Beautiful hotel in a particularly good location. From there everything is super comfortable to reach.
Partly a little loud.

The hotel was wonderful with plenty of well-designed rooms. The room I booked was cleaned and available with wine, a balcony and terrace. The most important was the staff - pretty friendly and efficient people.

Convenient location, just a short walk from a cool museum 🏛️. Plus, super close to Old Town and the stunning Notre Dame Basilica.

Beautiful room. Full of amenities I don't usually find in a hotel I stay at. We booked a superior loft but were upgraded to a one bedroom suite with a terrace because they were out of the other room.
Breakfast was not included from what I was told at check-in. A very nice continental breakfast was set up in the lobby by the bar every morning that we had to walk by on our way out. Disappointing.

Comfortable king-size bed in the deluxe suite. Everything in the room worked perfectly for us. Awesome location, just a 5-minute stroll to the Old Port 👌.

We loved the suite. It was well outfitted very clean and I loved the simple style. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the small feel of a first class hotel. We would stay again.
No dining due to renovations and no exercise room for the same reason. this was not stated on the cite and we found out when we arrived. Yes we could go down the street for an exercise place but it was just not as wonderful as it could have been. The coffee machine was perfect and made beautiful expresso. They gave 3 pods for the coffee maker and charged $2.50 for each additional pod. My son and I would have liked the 4th pod. for 250 we could have gotten a 4th pod. It said in the room plan that a variety of snacks were available. There were none. Oh well saved from the calories.
